Defective Cooler Box- Very Disappointed ☹️

I purchased a Justice Mukheli Retro Cooler Box as a gift for my partner from Jagermeister on 31 July 2025. Unfortunately it started leaking the first time he used it. Water drips out even when it’s only partially filled. I excepted a durable product especially for the price. We reached out to Lezane Le Roux who is a Marketing Administrator and responsible for exchanging or refunding but we haven’t received any helpful feedback yet. I requested for a refund. It’s been 2 months now, the item has not been fetched. She takes weeks to respond. I’m very disappointed with the quality of her service. I wouldn’t recommend this cooler or any of their products for that matter unless you want to lose your money.
