Defective Cooler Box- Very Disappointed ☹️
I purchased a Justice Mukheli Retro Cooler Box as a gift for my partner from Jagermeister on 31 July 2025. Unfortunately it started leaking the first time he used it. Water drips out even when it’s only partially filled. I excepted a durable product especially for the price. We reached out to Lezane Le Roux who is a Marketing Administrator and responsible for exchanging or refunding but we haven’t received any helpful feedback yet. I requested for a refund. It’s been 2 months now, the item has not been fetched. She takes weeks to respond. I’m very disappointed with the quality of her service. I wouldn’t recommend this cooler or any of their products for that matter unless you want to lose your money.

False Advertising and Scammers
I purchased 14 inch closure online on the 16th of September 2021 for R650.00 The owner immediately called to say it was false advertising that the closure was actually R800.00 they refused to give me a refund. I ended up topping the amount only to receive completely 10 inch hair. This company is scamming a lot of people. Something needs to be done about them.

Invading my privacy
I have been a customer for MTN since 01 December 2016. My phone has a problem with a speaker and have submitted it on the 12 February 2021 to be fixed. I have not received it back but what have picked up is that the person who is fixing my phone is busy reading my messages, which clearly tell me instead of fixing my phone he/she is busy going through my personal stuff and I do not think that is allowed. I sent an email to Mtn Complaints about this and no one has responded about it. Its almost 2 weeks now and I haven't not received my phone back.
