Brought some items from their Meister market, even paid for faster shipping never got my items or just an email letting me know what is going on...
Pathetic Service. Changed my Banking Details and obviously let them know to change my debit order to the new details. They sent me an email stating they cannot change the Banking Details, seeing that they don't support the Bank. All of the other financial institutions I am at, did not give me problems to change my details. They want me to change my Banking Details again, so they can set up a debit order? Why can all the other financial institutions change the details, but you can't? We are living in the year 2022, and we survived a pandemic!
My internet were turned off, because of a miss payment - which is fair. I paid the outstanding amount, and they told me it will be turned on after 48 hours, I need my internet, but understand the policy of turning it on after 48 hours. It is already 96 hours, still not on. To make things worst, they don't have anybody working on Sunday's that can assist... I am seriously looking for a different ISP. I never had problems with you, I always stood up for you when people said you are the worst, but I don't know anymore...
