I have been a client of WFB Attorneys, since 2021 and unfortunately have to say that my experience has been extremely disappointing. I approached them for assistance with recovering outstanding money from a tenant, but their communication throughout the process has been poor and inconsistent. Despite multiple follow-ups over the years, there has been little to no progress, and I still have no clarity on the status of my case. I've reached a point where I’ve given up on expecting any meaningful assistance from them. I do not recommend this firm based on my experience.
The company came out to investigate an issue with my GeyserWise setup but were unable to diagnose the actual fault. Instead of troubleshooting properly, they simply quoted me for a full replacement of the main controller at an exorbitant price. I later had the issue resolved by a local plumber at only a third of the quoted amount. This proves that their recommendation to replace the entire controller was not only unnecessary but also a clear case of overcharging. This approach is unacceptable. I strongly suggest the company invest in proper GeyserWise fault-finding training. Quoting clients for a full replacement without accurate diagnosis is nothing short of exploitation. I have also reported this matter to my insurance provider.
I had an interest in getting fibre for my home and already had an active fibre service with another provider. I decided to try Supersonic and placed my order. The sign-up was quick, and they made big promises, but as soon as I received the router (which was faulty out of the box), everything fell apart. I depend on a stable connection for work, so I started logging tickets immediately. In just a few days, I logged eight tickets with no resolution. Calling their support is pointless – they either don’t answer, or when they do, they don’t resolve anything. You make you feel helpless and foolish trying to get help. After three days of the worst customer service I have experienced, I decided to cancel. I received a cancellation email saying they would contact me, but in the meantime, they invoiced me for the failed router and service that never worked. Judging by many other unhappy clients, it seems this is just how Supersonic operates. They are quick to sign you up and take your money, but disappear when you need support. I do not recommend Supersonic to anyone. They failed big time and wasted my time and money.
