This company is not fit to handle trusts .I've sent a stationery list for my child 2026 academic year in December .an employee called Nobuntu rep**** and promised to attend to my email as soon as she resumed to work on the 7th of January .I sent numerous follow up emails after that and still no response.on the day that payments were supposed to be made they sent a text while I was at work and claimed to have tried to contact me but I work very close to my landlines at work it never rang I even asked the caller if she could confirm my work number and she did.conviniently for them they only made contact on the day that payment was supposed to be made and told me it's too late for them to pay anything for January because I only sent a list not a quote.so my child has to go to school without because there needs to be a quote which will be ignored again until February. I haven't received R1 from this trust for January my child has to suffer.again I asked for last year statement I hv not received it to date.The service from this company is not doing justice for the people it's meant to serve.to think that I have to deal with this nightmare of a company until my child turns 18 .
These people lack empathy and professionalism they hold on to the money in a trust for as long as they can.no one should ever have to deal with fairheads more especially after the death of a loved one.they ignore the fact that the members in a trust are school kids .your child will be chased out of school before they make any payments towards the well being of a child .evertime I call they say the trust is active and they will call but they never do .these people should be canceled they should be handling trusts of innocent children with their cruel employees. They should be all over social media .they don't even refer a call to the people handling their trust
Bad.they lack empathy,they don't have sufficient information to help .their consultant are cold .they should never be recommended to help people im heartbroken and dissapointed by the service I got more especially today when their agent **** about transferring my call and made me wait for a good 30 minutes so I can give up.she even interfered while I spoke
