It seems like Yoink closed down and ran away with everyone's money. Including mine. I ordered items in 18 August 2025, 10 September 2025 I followed up on the order and they let me know that they were experiencing delays with the supplier and I told them I can wait a bit for the items, because I didn't need them immediately (my first mistake), afterwards I emailed multiple times and two out of 8 times I received automated responses that someone will get back to me. As of 26 November 2025 when writing this review the website seems to be completely offline and before that the website was "down for maintenance" Another company taking people's money instead of being honest and letting people know they're shutting down. Same thing happened a few years ago to Zasstra a few years ago.
Possibly the best service I received from any company in years. I ordered an Android car radio for my brother's Suzuki Swift online after seeing it in a Google search and thought "At this price I can take the chance" and afterwards emailed them and asked about a unit for the 2006 Mercedes I have. I expected an email the next day since I emailed late (Around 10 PM) and received an email back in minutes asking to send them photos of my stock head unit in the car. I sent it the following day. Later I received a call from the owner and he confirmed he could get me one, but will take a bit longer and I was okay with that. During the day while waiting for the price of the unit I received another call to let me know that the Mercedes one will be sent with the Suzuki one. I made the payment and I received the waybill that evening. It arrived a day later. Products are great for the price I paid and the update to the car was completely worth it. Absolutely 5 star service and support. I highly recommend buying from them.
Absolutely terrible communication and service. I ordered items 4 June 2025 and enquired about them the evening of 5 June since the website showed out of stock when I wanted to order an extra set. I received an email back the following day where they asked me to advise what the way forward should be. I rep**** within 7 minutes. I asked for an alternative and gave my requirements and just under 4 hours later received links to the alternative, (All good so far, right?) I then rep**** within 10 minutes requesting an invoice for the difference in the amount so I can make the payment. 6 Days later (12 June 2025) I haven't received the invoice or the items I originally ordered, I emailed Godknows again including my bank details and requested a refund after calling and waiting for a call back, then ended up sending a WhatsApp message as well. They rep**** to the WhatsApp message saying my request will be attended to. Thursday 26 June 2025 I emailed end sent a message via WhatsApp again. The response was "Good morning. Please allow me to follow up" and nothing after that. 30 June 2025 I've still not received any feedback. I'll probably end up giving the case number from the SAPS to my bank to try and get my refund. Gave the ******* enough time after multiple emails and WhatsApp messages.
