Dear Oneplan Team, I am writing to express my disappointment with your service. I was genuinely interested in your product and had a conversation with a representative who assured me that I would receive the mandate on the same day. However, it was only sent the following day. Upon reviewing it, I rejected the mandate as its contents did not reflect the agreement I had discussed. To my shock, I have now discovered a bank charge from your side despite my clear rejection. This is completely unacceptable and unauthorized. Please be advised that I consider this a serious breach of trust and potentially *****ulent behavior. If this issue is not resolved immediately with a full refund and written confirmation that no further charges will be made, I will be escalating the matter to my legal counsel and lodging a formal complaint on HelloPeter. I expect a response within 24 hours.
