Poor service
I went to the store on the 23rd December 2025 to return items and request a refund. They said the refund was going to take 1-2 weeks. The agreement was that they were going to text me on WhatsApp and ask for my banking details. Till today they haven't. I've tried calling, texting on WhatsApp and emailing to no avail.

Bad service
I made an order, but haven't any sort of communication, tracking number nothing. WhatsApp is not being responded to.

I purchased a 7kg mini-Bennett read washing machine on the 27th of May 2025. The only email I received thereafter was their acknowledgement of payment and that was it. They've been quiet since, no means of communication nor delivery. I've tried several times to email without any response and call, their number goes straight to voicemail.
