David Tshanga - The Handyman Midrand
PLEASE BE WARNED OF (DR) DAVID THE HANDYMAN. David Tshanga of Midrand has a website galaxyroyalhome.wixsite.com/handyman which looks professional and gives the impression he has a network of contractors. I phoned for someone to repair my driveway gate, David sent someone by the name of Rendani who looked at the gate, said what needed to be done and thumb-sucked a quote. It sounded reasonable and aligned with what I thought needed repairing so sent him a deposit. For three days I got the runaround and eventually phoned David to cancel as I did not trust that I would get the job done. David promised to return my deposit but also gave me the runaround by saying he had a funeral to attend and a week later said he didn't have the money and would pay me soonest. Needless to say he has shown himself to be a ***** and con artist. PLEASE BE WARNED OF (DR) DAVID THE HANDYMAN. He also runs other businesses for which I have seen negative comments, i.e. he sells RDP houses on Gumtree and on Facebook. I have since had the gate repaired by someone who gave me genuine and honest service. That company is Damel Doors and Access Control.
