I took out a loan from Fasta Loans last month. I was informed that my repayment date would be the 12th of December, as they debit earlier than the actual due date, which is the 27th. I then made arrangements to pay on the 19th of December, as that is when I receive my salary. On the 19th of December, I logged into their website and paid off the loan in full. The system generated a paid-up loan confirmation. After settling the loan, I app**** for a new one. My application was approved, and the funds were deposited into my account. However, immediately after the funds were received, Fasta Loans deducted the amount for the previous loan, which had already been settled. This means I was charged twice for the same loan. I am extremely angry and upset about this situation, especially because they have not responded to my emails. Their service is very poor, as there is no contact number available—only an email address for support. Despite contacting them on the 19th of December, I have received no response up to today, the 23rd of December 2025. This situation has caused me significant inconvenience, and I am very disappointed with their lack of communication and customer service.
I've decided to stop all communication with mobicred.(take a lot credit) because my issue was not resolved. All my orders were canceled because I couldn't and still can't check out. Their system has locked me out and they can't assit me because it's unlocked on their site according to them. I'll continue to make payments and close off the account. What a horrible experience. Take a lot was my favorite online store but now I know they just there to make money but pay no attention to the needs of their customers. They could have just logged a call on the It department to solve my issue but no, why invest in one customer? I will never recommend mobicred takealot even in my next life, never!!
Mobicred has responded that my issue has been resolved. It has not been resolved. I'm not enjoying this dialogue if thats what it is. This is unfair painful and ridiculous. Mobicred is responding with automated responses and a link that isn't effective. My account is locked. They refuse to call me or communicate with me in a manner that will help every one get on with their business. I'm still stuck and hurt that they are treating me as if I'm not human.
I have written countless emails to mobicred asking for a password reset. They sent a link that still denies me access to login. I then went on to explain that the link is still denying me access, took screenshots and sent them. From there, I got automated responses that they have received my email. That was last week. Even yesterday I sent and still got no response. I've requested a call back, tried another method of reaching out to them but still I'm stuck. I can't login and they just refuse to assist me. Their service is very poor. I would not recommend them as a service provider. I unable to login, I'm stuck and frustrated.
This is the worst credit service provider. I app**** for an account with mobicred. I got pre-approved and they asked for my documents which I sent. I've been waiting for their response since and even sent an enquiry. I just got outomated responses but nothing from them. Their wassup agents are rude, the agent closed the chats while I was still asking questions and the next thing I know I can't login to their platform. I wish I could reverse my application. They are horrible and don't respond to emails. Plain pathetic.
