I wanted to buy a puppy from Matty Pet Home - the lady was very helpful on WhatsApp . and i made payment of R2500.00 . I asked he if there will be any extra cost when he gets to me as we are in Benoni and the are in Upington and she told me everything is included - after paying i received an email from Easy Express Couriers that was asking me R8500 extras to deliver the puppy to us and when they do they will refund me my money , I asked the lady what this is and she told me its there new policy , I told her to cancel the puppy and she never paid my money back , Marry Pet home and Easy express couriers is working together to **** people and then you never hear from them again and she told me she is a Christian and why will they take a person hard earned money. Well she did they are getting away with it
