My mother - who lives with us in a granny flat - has been using the services of Aidcall for almost 10 years. At first it was just an additional resource to help keep her safe during the day while we were at work, and to ensure she can easily get help during the night. As she got older, it became an essential part of her care, alerting us to a number of falls and other emergencies. After so many years of excellent service from AidCall, she now requires full time care and we no longer need the AidCall service.
