Aid Call is amazing! They are highly professional, and offer a world class service. As the son of an elderly mom who lived on her own, it was a great comfort for me to know that AidCall was a press of the button away. It has always been such a pleasure dealing with the staff, whether or was an emergency or a technical issue - they were exceptionally supportive, friendly and very reliable. I highly recommend them.

Aid Call is amazing! They are highly professional, and offer a world class service. Thank you so very much for your excellent service in picking up a fault with my smart watch, for organising it to be sorted, and the fast return of the watch within a day. As well as receiving a courtesy check in call on me this morning. I am so happy to be your client and know that i have quick support. And i highly recommend Aidcall to anyone.

I last gave review on AIDCALL 4 years ago. Am now 86 years of age - still working full time and driving, etc. After many years of using it I can firmly state that AIDCALL’s MOBILE DEVICE has, and still is, taking quite an amount of stress out of my life - I drive at night on my own and run around quite a bit in the day time also on my own. I don’t even think of any concern when doing so – as I absolutely know that I can rely on AIDCALL’s immediate response 24/7 if needed. I can GENUINELY VOUCH for this product, and certainly recommend that any person, particularly those of 60 years and above, should think seriously about getting one - if not possible, then perhaps Family Members could arrange one for them. AIDCALL - do keep up with the ever ongoing technical upgrades in quality and your excellent service!! Sally Gallagher

My dad has belonged to Aid Call for more than ten years. He had never used the service until last night when this 97-year-old man fell. The only response we received from Aid Call was that if we provided them with a contact number, they would call that person to assist my dad. However, since he was not bleeding, this was of no concern to them. All his bones can be broken, and he can spend the night on the floor; that is not their concern.

My mother - who lives with us in a granny flat - has been using the services of Aidcall for almost 10 years. At first it was just an additional resource to help keep her safe during the day while we were at work, and to ensure she can easily get help during the night. As she got older, it became an essential part of her care, alerting us to a number of falls and other emergencies. After so many years of excellent service from AidCall, she now requires full time care and we no longer need the AidCall service. Thank you for helping us keep my mother safe and giving us peace of mind. We highly recommend your service and products to anyone. Thank you very much.
