I'm very disappointed with the assistance purple mobile gave me they deducted my money in December promise me to refund 50% because of the cellphone was registered i never received any cellphone now im struggling to get even my money they deducted telling me my request will be escalated im very very disappointed
I am very disappointed to say the least!I have spoken to a consultant name Njabulo at Sandton or Pretoria branch. I had requested she ends a application for a consolidation loan.I started with her on call.She told me she cannot! I asked my sister to write a review for me yesterday ,regarding it.They sprinted to get the review removed but can't be that active with what I requested as a client! I am very annoyed at this point.I will report them especially her, everywhere until they give me what I want as a client!
