Steerlock claim declined

AA Warranties has been declining my claims, everytime I'm being advised is not covered, only now I'm being told steering lock is not part of steering mechanism which is clearly covered on this policy and they declining it because it's not part of the examples. They are ***** company don't join them. This should have clear stated on their exclusions but it's not there. Now I'm asking myself what other exclusions that are which are not clear stated in this policy.
