I’ve been writing emails and make multiple calls to get refund for Woolworths dash order that was abandoned they keep taking me back and forth😢I don’t know what to do anymore

****** items at Lagoon Beach Hotel Cape town
My watch and cologne disappeared into thin air in this hotel between 27-29 October 2023, I had to write numerous emails, been taken from pillar to post without any solution. only for them to send me a polygraph report a year later. I was told to send the value of the items but till to date nothing is being done.
