I had a very disappointing and concerning experience at Honchos Springfield. I was served a mini loaf/roll with visible mould, which I only noticed halfway through eating. When I raised the issue with the manager, instead of taking full responsibility, he blamed the supplier. While he offered to replace the roll and add chips, this completely overlooked the real issue: I had already consumed part of the spoiled food, which raises serious health concerns. Food safety should be taken far more seriously, and I hope management implements better quality checks to prevent this from happening to other customers.
I’m writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the delivery service provided by Aramex for a recent order placed with HiFiCorp. I received an SMS from Aramex indicating that my parcel would be delivered on 3 July 2025. However, at 18:30, I was only then notified that delivery would be rescheduled to the next day — with no valid explanation given. On 4 July, I again received an SMS saying my parcel was “Out for Delivery” early in the morning, yet no delivery was made, and I received no call or communication from any Aramex representative. I had to follow up myself multiple times, and still no clear reason was given for the continued delay. As of now, it appears I won’t receive my parcel until next week, despite it being in Durban since 2 July. This is absolutely unacceptable. This lack of transparency, poor communication, and repeated failure to deliver on time is frustrating and unprofessional. I am rating this service 0 stars and strongly urge HiFiCorp to reconsider using Aramex as a courier partner, as it reflects poorly on their customer experience as well.
