Will never use them again

As another reviewer wrote, the initial contact was great. The woman that I was communicating with was helpful, sent me a quote and I paid. But when it came to actual delivery and products, they were awful. They delivered hours late, to the point that I couldn't even contact anyone anymore it was so late in the day and I thought they wouldn't come at all. Then the products they delivered were not in order. The ****tail tables were missing tablecloths, even though I confirmed multiple times that I needed them. A few were completely lopsided and unusable. They arrived so late that I wasn't even at the venue to receive them, and only discovered the issues just before the event. When I tried to speak to them after the event with my complaints, I have never received such awful customer service and lack of communication. They took absolutely no responsibility when they finally got back to me weeks later. Needless to say, they are absolutely not worth hiring from and I would not recommend using them, no matter what their prices are.
