I had the worst experience with Afrocentric Primary Health Insurance. I submitted an Accidental Death Claim Early June, on the 24th of June I received an remittance advice stating that the claim has been processed and paid into my account. 3 weeks down the line the payment has not been made. It's a back and forth situation, everyday when I call I'm being told different stories. It's so draining and frustrating.
