Incorrect details
You know with my last review these people, one would think that they'd do something right and get my details corrected. Well no, to date, they have my details incorrect. They sent me an email again to correct my ID NUMBER with SARS. it's Not Sars, it's you guys. If you want a piece of mind, stay away from discovery

Worst service delivery
First, they had my tax number wrong, I had to run around only for SARS to confirm this. Brought it to their attention, for two years it was never fixed. Changed my employer, relocation of funds was the worst. They sent me documents to fill, only for them to come and say incorrect documents. Completed the new documents now this took them 3 months to start processing, only after I started complaining. Lol listen to this, my last day at my previous job was on the 18th of May, on the 9th of July, it is only then that they allocate the last payment from my previous employer 🤦🏾♂️
