CL298006 I have had an absolutely dreadful customer experience over the past two months with this company. Despite my repeated attempts to seek assistance, I’ve received no support from the staff, specifically from Manas Senne (@manasS@ctu.co.za). His behavior has been not only unprofessional but also disrespectful. He lacks basic customer service skills and has been rude and dismissive throughout our communication. In fact, when I mentioned the possibility of escalating the issue to the ombudsman, Mr. Senne responded in a highly inappropriate manner, saying, “Go ahead, this is a legal case and it could take up to six years to resolve.” His tone was completely uncalled for, and this kind of response is absolutely unacceptable. I feel completely ignored by this company. There is no clear direction, no help, and no respect for the customer. How can they run a business this way? Where is the commitment to compliance and customer satisfaction? This experience has been nothing short of disheartening. i want answers!
