Instagram *****ing money from your account

Please be aware, Instagram tried to take R5500 out my account yesterday morning , they did not succeed as I did not have the finds yet but as soon as more money came in they took R10000 straight out if my business account and put it as credit ... I have never used the feature or authorized such a thing .... I have contacted my bank and out forward a ***** case . I want my money bank , it's not yours it's mine .
