My Item never delivered
I had a very disappointing experience with the Russells store at Birchacres Mall. On 5 May 2025, I purchased a few items, including a mattress protector. To date, this item has never been delivered. When I went back to the store to follow up, the staff were unhelpful and offered no assistance. They refused to give me the item or even process a refund, despite the fact that I already paid for it. This level of service is completely unacceptable. As a customer, I expect to either receive the product I paid for or get a refund, but instead, I was left frustrated and ignored. I would not recommend this store, as they clearly do not value customer service or accountability.

Extremely Disappointed – Never Received My Order
I placed an order on the 25th of June 2025 and have yet to receive it. What’s even more frustrating is that I haven’t received any updates or communication regarding the delay. I’ve tried following up but got no response. This level of service is completely unacceptable. I expected better and will not be ordering from this store again. I strongly advise others to be cautious before making a purchase here.
