This is regarding the EFT refund process. I have already sent multiple emails—five in total—to different individuals at CPUT, and I am extremely disappointed with the lack of response and follow-through. Three of my emails bounced back, one of which was from Perry’s auto-reply stating he is retired, and that I should contact three other individuals. I proceeded to email the suggested contacts, but two of those emails also bounced back—one due to a failed delivery and the other because the person is on leave. I then contacted the CPUT Admin Office to confirm where the request should be sent. I was again provided with the same email addresses I had already used, which are clearly either incorrect or not being monitored. This experience has been frustrating and unacceptable, especially considering that I have paid over R36,000 to the institution. At this point, I do not know what further steps to take, and I do not feel comfortable leaving my refund unclaimed in the portal. I am requesting urgent assistance on how to proceed from here. Please advise on the correct contact person or department that can handle this matter effectively.
