Poor quality hair and refused to assist me

I bought a 30 inch hair and upgraded and paid an extra R850 to a full frontal closure,when the hair arrived it was hand sewn and the quality of the closure looked and felt cheap,the closure was a 8 inche which I didn't pay for.i contacted them and spoke to Tshiamo she wasn't helpful at at and referred me to thir watsapp consultant,they refused to exchange that hair and told me if that's the only closure they had and I should pay an extra R450 for a machine sew in wig.iv been purchasing hair from them and I've always received a machine sew wig and it was my first time hearing about this.i paid alot of my hard earned money for me to get a wig like that.im really really hurt by this,the hair I purchased wasn't the same hair they advertised.
