It is quite interesting that this company installs other clients doors while I wait in vain for mine for 2 months. Your new clients should be made aware of your unprofessional behaviour and dubious spam….. Deposit pd on the 12th May. Despite multiple attempts to follow up, I have received no meaningful response regarding the delayed fabrication of my door. Your consistent lack of communication and failure to provide valid updates or solutions is unacceptable. Due to this continued negligence and unmet commitments, I am formally requesting an immediate refund of R3250.00. I have tried in vain to resolve this amicably through numerous messages, but it is clear that no further cooperation is forthcoming from your side. I am still waiting for my refund. Calan Bennett
