Consistent, Compassionate Medical Care Over a Decade
We've been with Dr Pieter Snyman and Dr Marie Coetzee for the past 16 years, and I can't imagine better doctors for our family. Consistent, calm, and truly attentive. Both doctors take time to listen, never rush through appointments, and always explain things in a way that makes sense. Over the years, through both routine care and more complex concerns, we've felt supported. It's rare to find doctors who balance professionalism with compassion this well. We're grateful for the care and continuity we always receive.

I smell a rat
First of all my money already went through on my card but I got an email saying finalise your payment. Although it should online it was confirmed. After a long WhatsApp discussion it got confirmed but with wrong date and still not appearing on my app. Another long discussion and they said it's a technical issue. I then wanted to change the but can not be done on WhatsApp, I have do it when a agent calls me. I confirmed the new dates but it still showed the old dates but told after several calls that is how it works. They also insisted I pay while holding online, which the bank clearly warns against. So I said I will pay and they can call back. The link expired after an hour that it was send. I called for a new link that still didn't come. After three days the ticket that I paid for still doesn't show up on my app. It's difficult communicating and took a lot of calls and airtime and days to solve and still not resolved. Seek a different travel agent, please.
