Ordered parts on the 29th of September. Acvording to the system the parts were invoiced on the 1st of October. It is now the 6th of October, and still no parts! No comms from anywhere.
My issue isn't resolved yet, but I hope that it does. I bought a door and door panel from them, only the door pitched up, and it is BADLY DAMAGED. I am now struggling to connect with the salesman that helped, and everyone else is diverting me. I did get a phone call from someone, that assured me that they will happile refund me, but I don't know who it was, nor do I have this in writing. Not very happy with their after sales.
Terrible service! Ordered parts on Friday the 12th of July, they invoiced on Monday the 15th of July, and STILL my parts are not delivered! I am going to lose a client because of this. The worst part is that there is no way to get in contact with there so called "CDC" to hear what the problem is. Happens all the time, VERY un-reliable!
