My husband arrived today at 16h52 after driving 120 kms from Settlers Limpopo to purchase brakes for our vehicle. The salesman said they could not assist him as it was too late. My husband also called on his way to ask whether they could prepare his order in case he got there late. Both times they did not want to assist him. Unfortunately he did not get the gentleman's name that refused to help him, as he is the prime example of absolutely no care for a customer and sales. Perhaps this company should realise that we are part of a large farming community and will definitely spread the word that this not a company we want to support. If this is how they treat customers imagine what their after sales service will be like.

I bought a sport light on 03/03/2026, and car was at panel beater, on Saturday afternoon I tried to put it on the car, I found out is wrong light differ with one arm, thiers arm is small and the write one is little bit long. Today Monday, I went there to exchange it, they told me is after 7 days, system won't allow them change after 7 days. Manager gave me head office number and ask for Boitumelo or Maria, then I called and spoke to a guy by the name of Boney, he said I must talk to Lucky in Plk, he transfered my call and no one answered.

I wish I could give zero stars. Worse customer service ever from Bloemfontein branch. Standing in queue forever and don't even try phoning them. Useless customer service and won't recommend to anyone.

we had bought a bumper from the Durban branch and was not given an invoice. my panel beater had told the bumper is incorrect so had taken the bumper back within the 7 day period and was told they can help us because we had no invoice . the branch manger is very rude and does listen to we had said. we even showed them bank statement showing them that we did purchased the item from them.

Terrible service! Ordered parts on Friday the 12th of July, they invoiced on Monday the 15th of July, and STILL my parts are not delivered! I am going to lose a client because of this. The worst part is that there is no way to get in contact with there so called "CDC" to hear what the problem is. Happens all the time, VERY un-reliable!
