My husband arrived today at 16h52 after driving 120 kms from Settlers Limpopo to purchase brakes for our vehicle. The salesman said they could not assist him as it was too late. My husband also called on his way to ask whether they could prepare his order in case he got there late. Both times they did not want to assist him. Unfortunately he did not get the gentleman's name that refused to help him, as he is the prime example of absolutely no care for a customer and sales. Perhaps this company should realise that we are part of a large farming community and will definitely spread the word that this not a company we want to support. If this is how they treat customers imagine what their after sales service will be like.
