we had bought a bumper from the Durban branch and was not given an invoice. my panel beater had told the bumper is incorrect so had taken the bumper back within the 7 day period and was told they can help us because we had no invoice . the branch manger is very rude and does listen to we had said. we even showed them bank statement showing them that we did purchased the item from them.
we had gone out for the weekend and when get back our fridge and tv are not working we then did a claim and was told a technician was going to come and test the goods .....the guy testing could not make our working times and was the told to get our own report which we did and then was told the report was not good enough and that they are going to send there own technician and was told he would call us and arrange time to meet us. we are now 1 week without a fridge.... poor service... if you don't want to pay us just say so don't make people wait for you.
