I app**** for Debt review removal with they deducted my money for 3 months after that they disappeared until today. They don't answer the phone calls. They don't respond on their whatsApp.

I got ****med by Cover and Above!
Their service is very poor. I wanted them to remove my name from debt review. They said I'll pay for R1500 for 5 months. They debited money from my bank account on August and September. They requested some documents, I've sent all those documents. After they stopped taking money and they have never communicate with me again. I am calling almost everyday but there's no improvement. Once asked for my money back they failed to render their services but they told me that they don't do the refunds. How? because now they're owing me money!

REFUND
I once wrote here and lady called me. I explained everything and I told her that I'm asking them to refund my R6600 because they failed to render the service that I was paying, which was a debt review removal. She promised to call me, but never call me back even today.

REFUND ME PLEASE
I them to remove my from debt review and I paid R2200 for 3 months. The last payment was on the 17th of April 2025. I've been waiting for clearance letter or something I got nothing from and there's no communication. When I'm trying to call their head office, they'll be like "wait I'll call back after mins" then after that they'll never take calls again. I'm asking for my money back. They don't want to pay it. I feel like they ****MED ME because I paid for nothing.
