Public Advisory Regarding Watch Dogz Tactical Security.

I want to share my recent experience with Watch Dogz Tactical Security, owned by Fuad Vally, to caution other businesses and community members. At the beginning of this year, I contracted Watch Dogz Tactical Security for guarding services. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing from the start. The guards frequently complained about being underpaid or short-paid. Many of them did not present themselves professionally—neither in appearance nor in how they dealt with clients. Worse, during their time on my premises, a theft occurred in which their guards were allegedly involved. When I raised these concerns with Fuad Vally, he refused to take any accountability for the situation. Following this, I terminated my contract with the company. Since then, I’ve spoken with others in the community and nearby business owners. Several have shared similar concerns—especially regarding their investigative services, dog handling, and guarding capabilities. According to their feedback, staff appear untrained and unequipped for the services they offer. There are also serious allegations that Fuad Vally takes payment for investigation services from foreign-owned businesses but does not deliver on those promises. Based on my experience, I strongly urge businesses in the Mayfair, Crosby, Crown Mines, Northcliff, Midrand, and surrounding areas to exercise extreme caution when dealing with Watch Dogz Tactical Security. Always verify credentials, speak to other clients, and request references before entering into any security agreement.
