Public Advisory Regarding Watch Dogz Tactical Security.
I want to share my recent experience with Watch Dogz Tactical Security, owned by Fuad Vally, to caution other businesses and community members. At the beginning of this year, I contracted Watch Dogz Tactical Security for guarding services. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing from the start. The guards frequently complained about being underpaid or short-paid. Many of them did not present themselves professionally—neither in appearance nor in how they dealt with clients. Worse, during their time on my premises, a theft occurred in which their guards were allegedly involved. When I raised these concerns with Fuad Vally, he refused to take any accountability for the situation. Following this, I terminated my contract with the company. Since then, I’ve spoken with others in the community and nearby business owners. Several have shared similar concerns—especially regarding their investigative services, dog handling, and guarding capabilities. According to their feedback, staff appear untrained and unequipped for the services they offer. There are also serious allegations that Fuad Vally takes payment for investigation services from foreign-owned businesses but does not deliver on those promises. Based on my experience, I strongly urge businesses in the Mayfair, Crosby, Crown Mines, Northcliff, Midrand, and surrounding areas to exercise extreme caution when dealing with Watch Dogz Tactical Security. Always verify credentials, speak to other clients, and request references before entering into any security agreement.

I enlisted the services of Watchdgoz Tactical Security, owned by Fuad Vally, to conduct a private investigation into an individual who de*****ed me of money. I trusted this company to provide legitimate and professional investigative services. However, I later discovered that the information provided to me was fabricated, and it became evident that Watchdgoz Tactical Security had no intention of conducting a legitimate investigation. Instead, it appears that this company misled me with false feedback for the sole purpose of de*****ing me as well. I have made multiple attempts to contact them for clarification and resolution, but they have ignored all my requests. I am deeply disappointed by this ********* conduct and urge others to be extremely cautious when dealing with Watchdgoz Tactical Security and Fuad Vally. I will be pursuing further action to hold them accountable.

Appalled and Disgusted by Watchdogz Security. The world can do without them especially whereibreside.
Watchdogz Tactical and Security really have some amazing supervisors and security guards. But the rest are appalling. Zak included not sure his position at Watchdogz though. When I previously lived at the complex I currently reside at, I had no problems with security but it was covid and I was pregnant. I had moved back to the complex the end of September of this year. First morning of living in my new home, on my way to work I was ***ual harassed by two of the guards, making comments about my body and skin tone. This was done on numerous occasions even inviting himself over to come drink johnnie walker red label in my home of which I share with my husband and by the same two guards mind you. Another incident was when my furniture came to get delivered the security guard who made ***ual advances was extremely rude to the delivery guys so much so they left my furniture outside the complex because they didn't want to deal with him and my husband had to carry it up making my delivery fee null and void WATCHDOGZ OWES ME MY DELIVERY FEE. I've spoken to many of the FEMALE tenants complaining about the same 2 guards making ***ual advances and some males who want to resort to violence because of the security guards behaviour. Also tenants are to scared to report it because these are the men that secure our home. They know our faces, names and Unit numbers, so out of fear for their safety they remain quite. Also the security guards lie. People get fines and evictions because of their lies, not sure if management is aware comolaints from the guards and reports are colour and gender based. Because if you do report anything they want evidence, more complaints or witnesses before THEY DO NOTHING ANYWAY . I've laid a complaint nothing came of it. Currently I am going through a domestic disaster which has gotten a little loud at times, which is completely out of my control. With that said Zak sends the security guard on duty to threaten to arrest me without being aware of the situation that is occurring as if they have the right or maybe he thinks his SAPS . The pure audacity of it all. To the two supervisors who assisted me on Sunday morning, the security industry needs more men like the two of you. The empathy, understanding and eagerness to help was so reassuring. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. As for the security guards and management such as Zak the industry can certainly do without. I was a Technical Co-ordinator for a security company in kyalami a while back management and the CEO would have never allowed this to happen. and I personally have never come across such treatment or behaviour as a former Navy Officer or while working in the security industry. I'm saddened by this because I love the complex but if i could id definitely hire a new security company.

Watchdogz tactical security-A BUNCH OF CROOKS Took my german shephard for a month and said they would do personal protection training.If I was happy then I can pay if not then no payment necessary. Promised regular updates and videos. I had to beg for updates and progress on my dog.One month later brings my dog and back and only thing done was some grooming on his coat.My dog is even less responsive then he was before.Now I am getting threatening phone calls being told I will be ****ed if I dont pay from the son and father (Uzair). Saying they will come to my home and make sure they get their money. Worst people ever to deal with. Pathetic Service!
