Appalled and Disgusted by Watchdogz Security. The world can do without them especially whereibreside.

Watchdogz Tactical and Security really have some amazing supervisors and security guards. But the rest are appalling. Zak included not sure his position at Watchdogz though. When I previously lived at the complex I currently reside at, I had no problems with security but it was covid and I was pregnant. I had moved back to the complex the end of September of this year. First morning of living in my new home, on my way to work I was ***ual harassed by two of the guards, making comments about my body and skin tone. This was done on numerous occasions even inviting himself over to come drink johnnie walker red label in my home of which I share with my husband and by the same two guards mind you. Another incident was when my furniture came to get delivered the security guard who made ***ual advances was extremely rude to the delivery guys so much so they left my furniture outside the complex because they didn't want to deal with him and my husband had to carry it up making my delivery fee null and void WATCHDOGZ OWES ME MY DELIVERY FEE. I've spoken to many of the FEMALE tenants complaining about the same 2 guards making ***ual advances and some males who want to resort to violence because of the security guards behaviour. Also tenants are to scared to report it because these are the men that secure our home. They know our faces, names and Unit numbers, so out of fear for their safety they remain quite. Also the security guards lie. People get fines and evictions because of their lies, not sure if management is aware comolaints from the guards and reports are colour and gender based. Because if you do report anything they want evidence, more complaints or witnesses before THEY DO NOTHING ANYWAY . I've laid a complaint nothing came of it. Currently I am going through a domestic disaster which has gotten a little loud at times, which is completely out of my control. With that said Zak sends the security guard on duty to threaten to arrest me without being aware of the situation that is occurring as if they have the right or maybe he thinks his SAPS . The pure audacity of it all. To the two supervisors who assisted me on Sunday morning, the security industry needs more men like the two of you. The empathy, understanding and eagerness to help was so reassuring. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

As for the security guards and management such as Zak the industry can certainly do without. I was a Technical Co-ordinator for a security company in kyalami a while back management and the CEO would have never allowed this to happen. and I personally have never come across such treatment or behaviour as a former Navy Officer or while working in the security industry. I'm saddened by this because I love the complex but if i could id definitely hire a new security company.
