My mom had her camera and washout operation at Isipingo Hospital,on the day of her operation 15 July 2025 ,the nurses advised her to hand her valuables to them which included her wedding rings ,her cellphone and her I.D,she unseeded handed her valuables to them there is footage of her folding up her rings in a paper towel and giving them to one of the nurses,she then was taken to have operation after the operation a male nurse came back to give her valuables but her rings were missing ,she complained that her rings were missing,they said the will do an investigation and would update by giving us a phone call on Friday 19 July 2025 but since today they have not given us a call or an update it just been radio silence from them,it is clear that the rings were ****** by one of the nurses and we plan on opening a case now and taking it to social media..
