Good day. This is the biggest **** ever. I have filled up 14 times more than R500 and every time I have to phone in to ask for an OPT nr and then they need to have a look and then the need to change things and it takes 5 working days and after that you phone again and then it gets escalated again and you have to wait another 5 working days. Last year was the same thing and it is not if the info on the card is wrong. The lady I spoke to now working with the P&P cards said there is problems with there system. It can’t take more than a year to fix a system. They must just stop this because it is becoming a joke. I have been in contact with BP & Pick & Pay head office about this. I got a mail stating the garages would receive by the 25th of July. Up to the 1st of August 1 garage in Pretoria got stock that morning of the “Mini, Lamborghini and the Range Rover” and only one box of each. I drove to 9 of your BP petrol stations all over Pretoria and none of them had stock except BP Glen fair. I phoned on the 5th of August 15 BP garages to find out if they have stock and ALL of them told me they got stock either the 2 or 4 August and is also already out of stock because they also only received 3 boxes of collectible cars “Mini, Lamborghini and the Range Rover” 1 box of each. My suggestion would be get in contact with everyone who is complaining get their details find out what cars they are looking for and what BP is their closest garage and arrange that we collect it at that BP and that our collectible cars isn’t given to anyone else. This will not happen because it will be work for someone else and you would rather loose clients.
