useless product and non-existent aftermarket service

To whom this may concern I am very disappointed in the Braun nasal aspirator. This product is advertised as gentle yet suitable for all ages. I tested the product on my finger (hygiene purposes) and then with some water. There is barely any suction. It could not even suck up water. How on earth would it be able to suck snotties? I returned it to the store I bought it from, and Braun was contacted (as they are the suplier) Braun just refused to even investigate the product! Not only is the information on the box faulty, it creates false expectations this is the definition of false advertising! The aftermarket assistance from Braun is non-existent! I tried communicating with them on multiple platforms (telephonicly, email, website form and even Facebook!) I want my money back as this product does not function as the one I bought (as advertised) Regards
