Braun Appalling service with poor quality products
I bought the nasal Respirator (to help unblock a blocked nose). Its suction power stopped in less than a year. The company is giving me the run around, either ignoring me or telling lies. Their service and product is disappointing. Lindsey Lllyod, sales admin is the biggest **** . Maybe she was hired for that very purpose.

useless product and non-existent aftermarket service
To whom this may concern I am very disappointed in the Braun nasal aspirator. This product is advertised as gentle yet suitable for all ages. I tested the product on my finger (hygiene purposes) and then with some water. There is barely any suction. It could not even suck up water. How on earth would it be able to suck snotties? I returned it to the store I bought it from, and Braun was contacted (as they are the suplier) Braun just refused to even investigate the product! Not only is the information on the box faulty, it creates false expectations this is the definition of false advertising! The aftermarket assistance from Braun is non-existent! I tried communicating with them on multiple platforms (telephonicly, email, website form and even Facebook!) I want my money back as this product does not function as the one I bought (as advertised) Regards

Braun - Don't ever buy any of their products
Do not buy ANY products by german company Braun, who makes shavers, electric toothbrushes etc. I bought a Braun S9 Pro a couple of years ago and now I am in need of a head replacement. You can't get any. Braun South Africa says out of stock and we don't know when stock will arrive. Then I write to Braun in Germany (It's owned by Procter & Gamble...go figure) and they are telling me to contact Phoenix Distribution in South Africa and they told me the same...no stock and no idea when stock will arrive. Don't buy ANY Braun products.

Do not buy ANY products by german company Braun, who makes shavers, electric toothbrushes etc. I bought a Braun S9 Pro a couple of years ago and now I am in need of a head replacement. CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT SERVICE SHOCKING AT DISCHEM KILLARNEY BRANCH
I Bought a Braun nose, ear and eyebrow trimmer from DISCHEM in KILLARNEY in December, I used it only once and the top was a bit loose but worked and it has a two year warranty, the second time I wanted to use it the did not work at all, noticed there was a black piece inside that had come loose, I took it to DISCHEM and DISCHEM CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT HELPFUL AT ALL, THEY HAD A HELLUVA DELIBRATION ABOUT IT, GALLED THE MANAGER AND HE AS WELL WAS NOT HELPFUL AT ALL, HE JUST SAID IT WAS BROKEN, WHEN ONE BUYS AN ITEM CHECK WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE ITEM AND SEND IT TO BRAUN TO HAVE IT FIXED , AND THE WAY THE LADY AT CUSTOMER SERVICE BEHAVED AT DISCHEM I JUST LEFT IT AND I WAS A BIT EMBARRASSED TO ARGUE AND WALKED AWAY, IT WAS JUST A SIMPLE PROCEDURE TO FOLLOW, THE MANAGER ALSO NEEDS TO BE TRAINED FOR CUSTOMER CARE, YOU SELL SOMETHING THAT HAS A TWO YEAR WARRANTY SEND IT BACK TO THE MANUFACTURER AND RETURN IT TO THE CUSTOMER THATS ALL WE ASK FOR. MY NAME IS KRISHNA GOVENDER AND MY CELLULAR NUMBER IS 0823258188 THE ONLY ITEM I WILL BUY FROM DISCHEM IS MY MEDICATION FROM MY DOCTOR BUT I CAN ALWAYS CHANGE THAT TO CLICKS

Incorrect temperature readings and bad customer service.
Have the Braun healthcare no touch temperature meter which we use for our baby and this is our second one now and both of them gave us incorrect temperature readings. This is really worrying as you pay a high price for something that does not work and no customer service from Braun regarding this. There is no phone number and you can only log a mail on the website but when they send a mail back its a no reply mail.What are they scared of to not give any contact details on there website. We trust them with a children's "lives" and they just dont care at all. To be honest I tell everyone that ask my opinion about them how bad they are and not to purchase there equipment.

Incorrect temperature readings and bad customer service.
Have the Braun healthcare no touch temperature meter which we use for our baby and this is our second one now and both of them gave us incorrect temperature readings. This is really worrying as you pay a high price for something that does not work and no customer service from Braun regarding this. There is no phone number and you can only log a mail on the website but when they send a mail back its a no reply mail.What are they scared of to not give any contact details on there website. We trust them with a children's "lives" and they just dont care at all. To be honest I tell everyone that ask my opinion about them how bad they are and not to purchase there equipment.

Travel Shaver
Had the older Braun Travel Shaver for almost 8 years and it worked perfectly until the foil developed a small hole - after daily use, I would say that is not too bad for something at this price point! This newer model has an improved foil design and works just as well as the old one. AA batteries is such a bonus for travellers and campers, no more forgotten chargers or plug adapters! I waited a few years for this shaver to re-appear. No argument - this is the best of the best when it comes to battery-powered shavers. If calculated a typical cartridge of normal quad-blades cost over R200 and lasts for only a couple of months. This shaver will last you at least a couple of years and longer. Therefore I highly recommended this product.
