I recently purchased tickets for an upcoming show - several days after purchasing the tickets I received an email stating that no pdf / screen shots or printed tickets will be accepted. We are being forced to download the ticketmaster app and use our phones/ app to attend the show. I am totally disgusted at this attitude! There was no info provided when purchasing the ticket that access would be via the app only. I do not always carry my phone with me - and I definitely do not hold my phone in my hand when standing in the foyer/ on in a queue to enter a theatre. In future this information should be provided upfront - before finalising a purchase!
