The only thing they have managed to do is run our complex finances to the ground. Imagine portfolio managers that change every couple of months, never respond to queries, have *********** staff that inflate levies, introduce special levies without prior notice to owners and trustee agreements...I have queries that date back two years ago and recently about when an AGM will be held, as we're going on 3 years without an AGM. The level of secrecy, inconsistencies and utter disregard for people's assets does is tantamount to *****ulent behaviour! We are refused financials and most owners trying to sell their apartments in my complex are unable to because of this very reason. Portfolio managers? Hardly there. Never respond to queries. It has been an ongoing nightmare dealing with this company. I would have voted yhem out if I had absolute power. There is an owing balance of over R800k to Tshwane Municipality which they refuse to give feedback on but instead they introduce special levy after special levy. USELESS ****MERS
