We were staying in St Michaels for over 6 yrs nothing was fixed at some point my daughter broke a door window & we paid no problem but when it came to us moving out after putting in a month's notice now they're no longer available for refund our deposit back eventually they did which is R1300 out of 4500 after getting a compliment from a caretaker for taking care of the place.so I will never recommend Zahavi even to my worst enemy.if there any help out the please help us to teach Zahavi a lesson
