Had door lock systems replaced just after warranty fell away. Got over charged and the repair doesn't work. I took the car back and showed them the repair is not working. The service agent just fiddled with the key and said there you go it now works. Still not working!!!!!!!
I bought 3x Polaroid Kids GPS watches for Christmas, one worked it was for a chap in the office. I wrote to Homemark early Jan 2020, took a few emails before they answered me. I explained I had devastated kids with Christmas presents that don't work. I asked for money back. They fetch the 2x faulty watches, I asked for my money back. They give me 2 new units, they refuse to give me my money back. I've only asked for my money back now about 8 times. No customer service, products that don't work. Don't Buy Homemark
We placed an order with WebAfrica for a Vumatel Fibre Line. We were told they cover our area, yes our building is cover, no problem! So we sign the lease on the build and plan our company move to the new office as the Fibre will be installed, all happy! We go to installation, Vumatel are 1 hour late, they don't phone us, we have to phone them. They say oh our technician was at the building yesterday, Vumatel, not in the building, with a huge attitude! We phone WebAfrica as we placed our order with them, they check the Vumatel website coverage and say there is no problem and they will get back to us. They don't! We leave messages, are placed on hold for 10 min - 15 min at a time and are told they will get back to us again. So I'm guessing WebAfrica and Vumaltel don't mind lying to their client about actual coverage anything to just get the order. Anyway, we sit and wait for days on end for them to actually tell us what's happening. What a Joke
