I had connection issues with my router and ISP. They sent a team to come inspect if cant be resolved physically,the team arrived in less than 30min. The customer care was on point,they engaged in every step and updated on every step taken. When setting up the connection,they were patient and helped effortlessly and this has been so for over 3 years. Simply the best.
This is regarding the 3rd party claims with FNB and Neil Govender. FNB insured client hits me and I need to wait 60 working days for validation.I patiently adhere then when following after the 60 day period ends,im told I need to wait again for a final review that has no ETA. Not on! I have been without a car for over 3 months now and it's affecting my household duties where I have to compromise what my family eats vs transportation to school and work where's the FNB's clients car has long since been fixed. Unfair to human rights.
