Easygo mobility **** people while using courier company Myway express logistics. I paid R8200 for a 2nd hand electric mobility scooter which included R700 delivery fee, then myway contacted me requesting an additional R4500 for insurance, when I canceled my order, they stop taking my calls, blocked me on whatsapp and haven't done the refund. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!

Worst medical insurance ever!
My husband were admitted to casualties for SOB at a Netcare hospital, it was approved by Kaelo. He was treated by the first available doctor, who requested blood tests and x-rays to be done. The blood tests and x-rays were approved by Kaelo and I had to pay out my pocket, because they expect you to take your loved one during a time of emergency to their lab for blood tests and to the x-ray provider while he cant breathe as you can admit him to a Netcare hospital but refuse payment of any of their services. I was even declined to be covered for the medication prescribed, because he was treated by a doctor not in their list or the second excuse was because the medication are to expensive to what they cover. They refused admission aswell and I had to take him home or to a government hospital because, him not getting enough oxygen through his body wasn't severe enough for them to pay. They literally look for every excuse not to pay. Your loved one can rather die or go to a government facility before they are willing to cover you for medical expenses.
