Requested a settlement letter only to realize that my settlement would be more than my current outstanding amount. There is no winning with dealing with Nedbank. Our bond repayment jumped by more than R2000 per month on a R360 000 loan. How is this even possible!!!! After contacting Nedbank I have more questions than answers. On my statement is says that my account was registered October 2005, but according to the consultant I spoke to the contract ends April 2023 therefor the reason that I have to pay the remaining 5 months on my bond account in a recalculated installment with in increase of over R2000 per month. Further more if I want to settle my bond I still need to cancel my bond after it has been paid up by way of appointing a lawyer (which Nedbank will appoint) to handle the cancellation and arrange for me to get my title deed. This will cost in the region of R 5000. I can not comprehend why I need to pay a lawyer for my title deed and get the account cancelled.
We bought a boat from Waterworld in November 2020. First they could not get the natis documents so after a lot of phone calls, emails and complaining they committed in supplying us with a new trailer. New trailer finally arrived after 6 months but again Waterworld seem to take satisfaction out of not coming to the table with finalizing the deal. It is now three weeks and we can not get them to supply us with our license disc or at least the registration documents in order for us to do the license and number plate ourselves. Bianca is at this point not even responding to my text. Our temporary disc has expired so we can not take the boat and trailer on the road. Very disappointed in the way we have been treated!
I have logged 4 complaints with regards to my data contract. According to my August statement I used over 3 mb of data. This is impossible!!! I can barely connect on the internet let alone do any google searches. Every time I log a complaint using the online complaint form I get a response form the IT service desk informing me that my service request has now been closed. What infuriates me more is the fact that I am now stuck with two useless contracts with Autopage due to a 24 month contract. I will not pay for a \service"that I do not get!!!! """
