Lovely store filled with amazing boats and watersport goodies!! Love the elevated walkways to be able to see into the boats. They stock a huge selection of towable tubes, skis, wakeboards, spares, life jackets, etc. Friendly staff makes it worthwhile visit.

We bought a boat from Waterworld in November 2020. First they could not get the natis documents so after a lot of phone calls, emails and complaining they committed in supplying us with a new trailer. New trailer finally arrived after 6 months but again Waterworld seem to take satisfaction out of not coming to the table with finalizing the deal. It is now three weeks and we can not get them to supply us with our license disc or at least the registration documents in order for us to do the license and number plate ourselves. Bianca is at this point not even responding to my text. Our temporary disc has expired so we can not take the boat and trailer on the road. Very disappointed in the way we have been treated!

Terrible!!! Sold me a 2008 Seadoo RXT 215 jet ski with a faulty cluster. I notified them several days after testing it. In the beginning they were willing to sort it out until they got the price of a new cluster and then said they will not replace it due to how expensive it is. James said they will exchange it for a second hand cluster from another jet ski that comes in, which is concerning as that means someone else was going to get the faulty cluster, however, 6 months later and they have done nothing. Dan, Nick and James seem to be 3 peas in a pod as they have all adopted the same attitude and culture of, ''Who cares, its the buyers problem now." Horrendous after sales service. They don't seem to mind selling vessels with issues and there is no accountability of sorting these issues out. How can you be so dishonest to know something is wrong and not sort it out for the buyer. Shocking service. Don't be fooled by the showroom and sweet sales talk.

I took my jetski into water world they charged me over 25k to redo the motor granted a while back , recently i had to have the motor rebuilt again at jetski professional services in long street greymont they asked me why a 2nd crank was installed , i paid many thousands again and found a customer that wanted to buy the ski but wanted to test in a tank , I told the client to meet me at water world as i was sure i could just reverse my trailer into their water tank to start it etc , Ken the manager told me its going to cost R500 , i said '***' , he said if i allow every every Joe Soap through here there will be 'q's of cars That's clearly indicates to me that they are not prepared to help under no circumstances I left very upset and will never have anything good to say about Water World
