Worst service from medical aid.
Both the this medical and the pharmacy that they make use of are playing with people's lives.They use each other excuses when prescriptions are either delivered late or not delivered at all with no help from them when having to constantly deal with their pharmacy.

Uses *********** pharmacy to distribute prescriptions.Never arrives on time and when it does meds will be missing followed by excuses form Bonitas en pharmacy with no one taking responsibility.

If you value your life or that of your family do NOT do business with them.Bonitas which is no better uses them to dispense prescriptions. Meds either don't arrive or arrive late and still there will be mistakes.The same problem every month since Bonitas started using them.
