My parcel was supposed to be delivered on the 20 May 2026. I got a WhatsApp text later that night stating that I was unavailable and there was no home contact available. I did not receive any call all day so why lie and say I was not available and there’s no home contact but they are sending WhatsApp texts on the very same number they failed to call. They told me that they can reschedule my delivery to the 25 May 2026 which does not make sense why I cannot get it the next day.
I have the worst experience with forever new online service. I purchased a bag and returned, I tried communication via email I was told that it was going under quality checks after they told me that they have a backlog regarding online refunds now they no longer responding to my emails or answer my calls. I need forever new to solve this and refund me.
