Not so environmentally friendly
Growthpoint is unable to maintain a fishpond on its property. The fishpond is located at the Country Club Estate Woodmead on Woodlands drive behind building 7. The pond's level is so low that the 4 fish living in it can barely move. the pond is also extremely dirty and overgrown by water plants. the pump for the pond has been broken for some time and no one seems to care.

No reply from PSG Wealth
On Friday, 1 August 2025, I complained about the poor service received from one of the PSG Wealth branches. I received what I believe to be a automated reply on Monday, 4 August 2025 at 08:19 which stated that PSG will get back to within 2 business days. Now three days later I still have not received any feedback. Strangely enough, my complaint was that the PSG branch does not provide feedback and now I complain that PSG do the same. I am sure that I will once again get the automated reply which will once again state that they will get back to me in 2 business days.

Your email below will receive attention in due course
Since the start of 2025 we have been struggling to finalize our Father's estate. After multiple attempts to get feedback on the status of the estate, my brother eventually lodged a complaint on 23 June 2025 on Complaints@psg.co.za after which an e-mail was received from the branch on 25 July 2025. The e-mail explained the steps that needs to be followed for the amended Liquidation and Distribution account. On 7 July my brother sent a follow up e-mail requesting an update on the progress. Several steps as indicated were still not completed by that time. On 29 July I sent a follow up e-mail asking for an update to which we did not get an reply. On 1 August I once again asked for an update to which we received the following reply "Your email below will receive attention in due course." What I know is that "In due course" means "At an appropriate time in the future." Now I need to know what is "an appropriate time in the future" according to PSG? Al we are asking for is an update. According to me it is simply telling us whether steps to follow as defined by PSG are complete, and stating reasons and expected dates of completion if not.
